1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 can pineapple rings, drained (reserve liquid)
walnut halves and maraschino cherries for decoration
1 cake mix box

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Melt butter in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Arrange pineapple rings over sugar. Sprinkle with walnut halves and cherries. Mix cake mix according to directions--use the reserve pineapple liquid combined with water to add correct amount of water to cake mix. Bake according to directions. When the cake is done, loosen edges with a butter knife. Remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes; turn upside down on serving dish.
