1 lb small red potatoes well cleaned
3 T olive oil
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl, then add potatoes and toss. Arrange in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking for best browning. Check for doneness by poking with paring knife or fork.
I have wrapped them in foil and put them on the grill.
