Dissolve 2 pkgs. of dry yeast in 2 cups of lukewarm water. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 2 well beaten eggs, 1 tsp. salt, 3 T. shortening, 7 cups sifted flour. Knead just enough to blend well. Let rise in warm place till double in bulk. About 45-60 minutes. Roll out on floured board and cut with 2 1/2 in cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Let rise until doubl and bake. Grease top when taken from oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 5 dozen rolls.

Although I've never made these, I had to include them. My grandmother was a wonderful cook and this was one of her personal recipes.
