2 cups flour
3/4 cup shortening or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon juice

Filling:
4 cups sliced apples
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust like pie crust, then add salt, yolks, milk, lemon juice to flour and margarine. Then roll out and save 1/2 for top. Put 1/2 on the bottom of a greased pan. Put filling into the pan and top with remaining crust. Bake for 350º for 50 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Frost with a powdered sugar frosting when cool.
