Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 to 8 lb cooked ham, bone in
1 part brown sugar
1 part lemon juice
1 part dark molasses
2 cans crushed pineapple, with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Smoke ham on grill away from coals for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove and wrap in foil to prevent drying. Return to grill, still away from coals for 2 to 3 hours. Unwrap again and score top and sides deeply. Pour mixture of sugar, lemon juice, and molasses over ham and rewrap. Return to grill for 1/2 hour. Unwrap once more and surround ham with pineapple, pouring juice over top. Wrap and heat 15 minutes, just enough for pineapple to heat but not wilt.
