4 'mealies' still in the husk **
4 T self rising flour
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grate mealies until all kernels are removed. Save corn husks for cooking!

Add the flour, sugar, and salt to the grated corn. Take 1 husk and put a tablespoon of corn mixture on inside. Roll husk to resemble a "package". Tie with small section (long and thin) of husk like a string (will look similar to a cabbage roll). Drop the little wrapped corn husks into boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. Remove 'corn bread' from husk and enjoy!
