Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have a Choke Cherry bush at the end of my driveway. I make this Jelly and it is Lizzies favorite. She eats tons of it. If you would like to try this recipe the cherries are ripe around the 1st of Aug. each year and I will share. Never double the recipe when you make it, as it will not turn out. Make one batch at a time. Also, the juice freezes very well so you can freeze it in Aug and make the jelly anytime it is convenient for you. It is very simple and very good.
