3 T. butter
3 T. milk
1 (14 oz.) can of cream cheese cake frosting
Peppermint oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with milk in a double boiler. Add frosting & stir til smooth. Cook over rapidly boiling water for 6 minutes, stirring often. Add peppermint oil for flavoring (about 4 drops - be careful not to overpower with the flavoring). You can also add food coloring to suit the occasion. Turn off the heat, but keep the candy sitting in the hot water while you drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper, swirling tops of candy with spoon. Cool til firm.
