4 ears of corn
1 lg red onion, sliced in 1/4" rings
1T white wine vinegar
1t lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3T olive oil
1t honey
1/4 C fresh parsley leaves, minced
to taste sea salt
to taste black pepper, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables naked on a HOT grill (cast iron on stove top)
turn over after grill marks form & veggies are cooked 1/2 way thru
remove individual vegetable from grill when they are cooked (timing will vary)
cool to the touch
remove kernels of corn from the ear (using a serrated knife will help)
dice onions
place vegetables in a bowl
add vinegar, lemon juice, oil, honey & herbs
toss to coat

This recipe also came from the flavour cooking school in Chicago to be served with the beet wontons but would be good on many things.
