3 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups milk

Unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs lightly, add remaining ingredients. Mix throughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell

Bake 425º 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350º bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
