1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup tarragon or apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt & pepper
3 small red onions, sliced thin
3 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the vinegar, sugar, & mustard until smooth.
Mix in thoroughly all the other ingredients except the cucumbers & the onions to make the dressing.
Toss the cucumbers & onions with the dressing.
Chill for 1 hour.
