1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 T. butter
12 oz. frozen or fresh flounder filets
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as directed, season with salt, pepper and butter and place in an oblong baking dish. Place fish filets on top of spinach. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 375º
until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired sprinkle with paprika
