1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 stick butter
minced garlic to taste
finely minced onion to taste
5-6 drops worcheshire sauce
1 T flour
12-13 slices white bread, crust removed
butter as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add worcheshire sauce. After cooking 10 minutes add flour and stir quickly. Mix thoroughly. Roll bread slices flat with rolling pin. Spoon mushroom mixture on slice. Roll up and fasten with toothpick or roll tightly with roil. Repeat until used up. Freeze an hour or so, then frown in butter until golden on all sides. Rewrap and freeze. On the day of party unwrap and cut each one in 4 slices. Heat before serving in 350º oven until hot.
