1 c seedless raisins 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c sugar for raisins 4 T cornstarch
1/2 water 2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c sour cream 3 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins, 1/2 c sugar, water until almost dry. Stir while cooking and add sour cream, 1/2 c sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and milk (beaten together). Cook until thick.
Cook to lukewarm and pour into 9" cooled baked pie shell. (I use the oil crust recipe.) Cover with whipped cream.
