10 Lbs. Potatoes, peeled and quartered
12 Eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
1 Lg. Onion, chopped (optional)
1 (24 oz.) Jar of Pickles, dices, dill or sweet
1 Qt. Mayonnaise
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, but not mushy. In a large bowl mix eggs, onion and pickles. Drain potatoes and when cool, cut into bite size pieces and add to egg mixture. Mix mayonnaise with enough milk to make a smooth creamy sauce and add to the potato mixture until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste.
