2 bananas
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. banana cream instant pudding and pie filling
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions:

Mash bananas; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine all ingredients except whipped topping and coconut in a large mixing bowl; mix 2 min. at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into grease 13X9 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 min. or until done. Cool; spread with whipped topping, and sprinkle with coconut.
