6 tbsp butter
6 large bananas, peeled and quartered
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp Grand Marnier
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place a medium heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter and melt. Toss the bananas, brown sugar, and cinnamon into the pan, stirring constantly until the sugar begins to melt. Pour the liqueur over the hot bananas. Ignite. When the flame dies down serve over ice cream.
