2 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 T cocoa
1 1/2 T vinegar
1 1/2 c water
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

FROSTING:
2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1/3 c cocoa
1/3 c butter
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients NOT using a mixer. Pour into an ungreased 9x13" pan and bake 20 minutes at 350º.

FROSTING: Warm milk and butter; mix with rest of ingredients, beat well and spread on cooled cake.
