3-5 lb chuck or arm roast
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1 thin slice of lemon
1 tsp chilli powder
1 T salt
1/3 cup Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, combine ingredients for sauce and heat until boiling. Pour over meat in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and cook in preheated 325º oven until meat falls apart easily. (Takes about 3 hours)
Remove all lean meat from pan and place in a deep bowl. With two knives in a crossing motion, chop meat. Add enough gravy from roasting pan to make very moist. May be reheated to serve on seeded buns with slaw. Freezes beautifully.
