2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 large egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter in skillet overt medium heat. Saute onion until tender. Combine onion, bisquick, cheese together. Add egg and milk to mixture. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
