2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 2 ounces)
1/2 cup beer
2 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Sesame seed or poppy seed

Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Mix baking mix, cheese and beer until soft dough forms: beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll into rectagle, 16x10 inches. Cut into about 2-inch squares:cut squares diagonally into halves. Spread with melted margarine: sprinkle sesame seed or poppy seed. Separate and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake until brown about 8 minutes.
