1 pkg lime gelatin
1 pkg lemon gelatin
2 c boiling water
Pineapple syrup (from canned pineapple plus water to make two cups liquid)
1/3 c salad dressing like Miracle Whip
2 1/2 c crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c cream-style cottage cheese
1 c evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed milk), chilled and whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Add pineapple syrup and water. Chill until partially thickened. Stir small amount of the gelatin into the salad dressing. Add to remaining gelatin with pineapple and cheese. Fold into whipped milk. Pour into a 10 inch ring mold. Chill until set.
