Ingredients:  
2 Packages Frozen Chopped spinach. Cooked and well drained.
(Use colander, then paper towels to dab up excess water.)
1 Small Onion chopped fine
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
½ Cup margarine – soft
½ Teaspoon Garlic salt
½ Teaspoon Thyme (Optional)
2 Cups Pepperidge Farm Herb seasoned stuffing
½ Cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all together
Chill 1 hour
Form into balls
Bake at 350 about 10 minutes
Might brown quickly on bottom

Or freeze on cookie sheet. Wrap for freezing . Defrost. They might need to be cooked a little longer if not completely defrosted
