1 cake yeast
1/2 c lukewarm water
1/2 c scalded milk (cooled)
2 1/2 - 3 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flour. Add 2 1/2 to 3 c flour siftd to make a dough which will cling together in a ball. Place in a covered greased bowl. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Turn dough on floured board and shape into rolls. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake for 15 min at 400º
