2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 eggs
3 c flour
2 c chopped zuchinni Squash
1/2 c nuts
1 t cinnamon
1 t soda
1/4 t baking powder
1 t salt
3 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: 2 c sugar, 1 c oil, 3 eggs

Mix and beat for 3 minutes: flour, Zuchinni, nuts, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt, and vanilla

Pour into two loaf pans (or 4 aluminum ice trays) Bake for one hour at 325.
