2-4 oz. cans of diced green chiles
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk
1 cup of buttermilk biscuit mix
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle green chiles and cheese in bottom of dish. Beat milk, eggs, and biscuit mix until smooth. Pour over green chiles and cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut in squares. Serve warm.
