1 pd. boneless chicken breast
1 med onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 (15 0z.)white hominy (drained)
1 (15 0z)white kidney beans
1 (15oz.)great northern beans
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 (4.5 oz.) green chilies(chopped)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chicken bullion.
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Half and Half

In large skillet, saute chicken and onion in oil until done. Add hominy,beans,broth and chilies. Add seasonings.Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. Remove from heat and add half and half and sour cream

This good without the sour cream. You may sprinkle with minced fresh cilantro. This is good to make a day ahead. Refrigate over night. warm and add cream and 1/2 & 1/2.
