Marinade sauce:
Soy sauce
Maple syrup
clove
cinnamon stick


Toppings:
buttenut squash (baked until soft)
salt
butter
grated orange
tiny bit of maple syrup

Directions:
Boil marinade ingredients. Add ice. Marinate cod in marinade mix for 6 hours.

Combine toppings in blender.

Cook fish in pan with oil and butter (lots). Bake to finish. Serve on top of squash sauce.
