1 lb hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3-4 sliced carrots (more or less)
3-4 diced potatoes (more or less)
chopped onion ( I only use about 1/2 c)
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain.
Dice potatoes, onions and slice carrots.
Mix the 2 soups together (undiluted)

Using a casserole dish with a lid, layer 1/2 of the beef, 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the carrots and 1/2 of the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and top with 1/2 of the soup mixture.
Repeat layers and top with remaining soup mixture.
Cover with lid, bake @ 375 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
Just before serving top with cheese.
