Cheeseburger Egg Rolls Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
12 egg roll wrappers
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess fat.

2. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and left the mixture cool slightly.

3.Add the cheddar cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until combined.

4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold in on sides, roll and seal with water or milk.

5. Preheat your air fryer to 390* F. Spray tray with cooking spray.

6. Place egg rolls on tray and make sure they are not touching. Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking spray.

7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.

8. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard or other fixings.
