1/4 C flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
3 lb round steak, cut 1-1/2 inches thick
1/4 C cooking oil
1/4 C water
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Sprinkle mixture over meat. In heavy skillet, brown steak in cooking oil on both sides. Add water and Worchestershire sauce to meat and simmer in covered skillet for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Put mushroom soup over meat and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve on platter and garnish with parsley. Skim off excess fat and serve meat juices with steak.
