1 C. brown sugar
1 C. milk
1 C. water
2 Tbsp. real butter
2 egg yolks
3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Mix sugar and flour in small bowl, add water and beaten egg yolks. Add to scalded milk and cook until it thickens.
Take from heat and add butter and vanilla. Put into a baked pie shell. Either cover with meringue and brown or serve
with Cool Whip or real whipped cream.
