2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 -3 green topped onions
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (heaping)
2 pkg. or jars of dried beef
Directions:
Directions:
Use kitchen shears to cut up dried beef into small pieces. Dice green topped onions with green on them. Mix cream cheese, mayo and lemon juice with mixer. Add green onions and dried beef.
Serve with crackers. You can add garlic salt or powder to add to the flavor.
