1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 to 2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan on medium heat, combine tomato sauce and paste. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to boil, stir constantly.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Pour into hot pint jars and process in the waterbath canner for 30 minutes.
