2 large eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups canned cream style corn
2 T unsalted butter, melted
3 T dark brown sugar
2 T bourbon mixed with 3 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp ground white pepper (or black pepper is fine)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Butter an 8" square baking pan.
Whisk together the eggs and milk and stir in rest of the ingredients. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Bake 45-48 minutes or until lightly brown. Served warm. Serves 8 easily.
