2 sheets of frozen puff pastry (thawed)
1 package of prosciutto
2 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of grated Gruyere cheese
parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place thawed puff pastry on a floured surface
2. Dust pastry with Parmesan cheese
3. Layer prosciutto on pastry (slightly overlapping)
4. Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on top of prosciutto
5. Roll length-wise, jelly roll style (one side halfway towards the center and then the other side toward the center)
6. Press seam together
7. Wrap in plastic wrap
8. Tighten the pastry log together
9. Chill for 4 hours or more
10. Preheat oven at 400ºF
11. Slice log into 1/4 in. slices and place on cookie sheet on top of parchment paper
12. Bake for 18-20 min.
Serves 50. Preparation time 15 minutes (active prep time).
