Fresh herbs lettuce -or- baby romaine
crottin type of cheese like Chabichou -or- petite Chevre
avocado
honey
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse lettuce, roll in a paper towel and place in the refrigerator to crisp for @ 20 minutes. Divide lettuce amongst the salad plates. Slice cheese and place two on each plate. Place one slice of avocado on each plate. Drizzle with olive oil and then the honey. Serve with Tartiflette. Makes 4 servings. Preparation time 10 minutes.
