2 packages of fresh okra
flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat deep fryer with vegetable oil.

Wash and cut your okra into bite size pieces.
Mix eggs and milk in bowl and set aside. Place about 1 cup flour in a large ziploc bag.

Drop a spoonful of okra into egg mixture, drain and drop into ziploc bag and shake until coated. Drop okra into hot oil and fry to a golden brown. Drain in bowl lined with paper towels.
