Crust:
3/4 c + 3 tbsp butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Filling:
1 c. butter
4 tbsp light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Frosting:
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. For crust, cream 3/4 c. butter and 1/2 c. sugar. Mix in 2 c. flour and blend. Spread on bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Next, mix 1 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 4 tbsp light corn syrup and 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and beat mixture with electric mixer. Pour mixture over crust.

Mix 6 tbsp butter, 6 tbsp milk and 1 1/2 c. sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 30 seconds, add chocolate chips till smooth and thickened. Pour over filling and allow to set before cutting into squares.
