1 package beef tips, trimmed of fat
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans beef broth
16 oz. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of beef soup
1/2 c. flour
1 package egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown beef tips with onion and drain. Add broth and simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Add 1/2 c. flour and both cans of soup, stir to thicken and simmer on low. Once thickened, add sour cream. Serve on top of cooked noodles.
