Any type pork loin ( the smaller ones that are already seasoned are good) or you can buy just the plain loin and season it as you choose
Italian salad dressing or any type of bottled meat marinade
salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
If frozen, thaw meat and prepare with marinade of your choice. Place enough foil in pan to cover meat and rub or pour your marinade over meat, coating all sides thoroughly. Add seasonings. Be creative - anything goes!

Allow to marinade in refrigerator over night or for at least a couple of hours before cooking.

Preheat oven to 350º. Keep meat wrapped in foil and cook in one hour increments depending upon size of loin. When meat is cooked to your liking, remove foil and brush meat with juices in pan. Leave uncovered and allow to brown for 5-10 minutes.
