6-8 white potatoes, washed, peeled and sliced
1 large onion
2 cans Cream of Celery soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk (cream is better)
stick of margarine, cut up
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, mix potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream, milk and half the cheese until well blended.
Spread into pan and cut margarine up into slices laying on top of potato mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread remaining cheese over top. Bake until potatoes are tender and casserole begins to brown on top.
