1 can biscuits
1 can Comstock pie filling, any flavor
confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil in deep fryer. Roll out biscuits into a small circle. Spoon pie filling into center of biscuit, fold over and press edges to seal. Drop into hot oil and fry, turning once to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and then roll in confectioner sugar.
