3 c. All Purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3 - 4 mashed bananas (the riper, the better)
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. melted margarine
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp lemon juice

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. softened margarine
2 tsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 c. confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend all ingredients with mixer and spread into a lightly greased and floured 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow cake to cool. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, margarine, milk and vanilla until creamy. Slowly add sugar, 1 cup at a time, blending after each until creamy. Spread with frosting.
