3 Tablespoons clear bacon fat
1 medium onion grated, or chopped fine
2 tbsp. flour
2 level tbsp. French's prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in fat util wilted, but not brown. Add flour and stir
until smooth & thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and
stir in mustard, cayenne pepper, salt , and vinegar. Pour over
hot (already cooked & drained) green beans.

She was a very good cook, and was famous for her Dump Cake.
